The hotel offers beautiful rooms to rest and spend time with friends, but they were dirty with dirt and dead bugs all over the floors. Unfortunately, there is no refrigerator provided. The service was a mix of experiences, from letting guests stay without IDs to being very friendly and helpful. The location is superb, close to many attractions and ideal for disconnecting from technology. The dining experience had nice options but fell well below expectations. The facilities are satisfactory but could be improved.

The hotel is perfectly located in Villa de Leyva, close to the plaza principal, making it an ideal spot to disconnect from technology and explore attractions like the winery, los pozos, Fosil museum, and the Terracotta House.

Despite some room issues, my stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious with good lighting, but a bigger table would have been useful. The service, while generally attentive, had a concerning incident of rooms being given away. On the upside, the location was ideal for exploring various attractions within minutes.
